Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing time depends on the supplier and product availability. Once your order is prepared, you will receive an update in your dashboard and/or by email.
Delivery times vary by supplier, destination, and carrier. Estimated shipping windows are shown at checkout when available. Delays may occur due to customs, peak seasons, weather, or carrier issues.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address, package weight/size, and shipping method. When integrated, the final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Tracking information is provided when available from the carrier or supplier. You can check tracking in your dashboard under your order details.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact support promptly with photos of the package and items. We will review the claim based on carrier and supplier policies.
