Referral Sales Program
1. Product Margin Earnings
Participants may receive 50% of the difference between the retail price and the wholesale price of products purchased through their referral link. Earnings are calculated only from successfully completed transactions. Product margin earnings are held for 45 days from the purchase date to allow for possible returns, cancellations, disputes, or payment reversals. Amounts become eligible for withdrawal only after the holding period has expired and the transaction remains valid.
2. Eligibility
Participation requires an active registered user account, compliance with the platform Terms and applicable laws, and the absence of unresolved payment disputes, fraud concerns, or material policy violations. Additional eligibility conditions displayed in the participant account or program information also apply.
3. Validation, Adjustments, and Reversals
Referral earnings are subject to transaction validation and any applicable holding period. NoMarkupsClub may adjust, delay, withhold, or cancel earnings connected with refunds, cancelled transactions, payment reversals, disputes, suspected abuse, calculation errors, or violations of program rules. If a transaction is reversed, associated earnings may be removed from the participant's balance.
4. Prohibited Activity
Artificial transactions, fraudulent orders, manipulation of prices or referral tracking, unauthorized use of another person's account, and self-referrals created primarily to generate rewards are prohibited. Accounts involved in abuse may be suspended or terminated, and affected earnings may be withheld or removed.
5. Income and Program Changes
The Referral Sales Program does not guarantee any specific level of income. Results depend on individual activity, qualifying transactions, customer demand, payment completion, and continued compliance with the program rules. NoMarkupsClub may update the program and its conditions when reasonably necessary. The current published version applies from the date shown or communicated for the update.
