Referral Sales Program

1. Product Margin Earnings

Participants may receive 50% of the difference between the retail price and the wholesale price of products purchased through their referral link. Earnings are calculated based on successfully completed transactions. Product margin earnings are held for 45 days from the purchase date to allow for possible returns, cancellations, or disputes. Amounts become eligible for withdrawal only after the holding period has expired.

2. Recurring Subscription Reward

Participants receive 1 USD for each active subscription initiated through their referral link. The reward is credited only after successful subscription payment has been processed. The monthly reward continues while the referred subscription remains active and payments are successfully completed. No reward is generated for failed, reversed, refunded, or disputed subscription payments.

3. Eligibility

Participation requires:

• an active registered user account
• compliance with platform Terms and applicable laws
• absence of payment disputes or policy violations

The Company reserves the right to adjust, delay, or cancel earnings in the following cases:

• refunds
• cancelled transactions
• suspected abuse or violation of platform rules

If a transaction is reversed, any associated earnings may be removed from the participant’s balance.

4. Limitations

Artificial transactions, self-referrals intended to generate earnings, manipulation of pricing, or fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in abuse of the program. The Referral Sales Program does not guarantee any specific level of income. Earnings depend solely on individual activity and market demand.
