You decide how actively you participate. All rewards depend on qualification, active memberships, confirmed payments and the applicable plan requirements. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Monthly initial payment
$49.95
Includes the first monthly membership payment of $9.95 and the one-time $40 Compensation Plan activation. Future membership payments are $9.95 per month.
Annual initial payment
$139.95
Includes the annual membership payment of $99.95 and the one-time $40 Compensation Plan activation. Future membership payments are $99.95 per year.
The $40 activation fee is charged only once and is not included in later membership renewals.
Active membership and reward eligibility
Referral-based membership and Compensation Plan rewards are created, validated and paid only when the owner of the referral link maintains an active membership and the qualifying referred participant also remains active and satisfies the requirements of the applicable reward.
An active membership requires an active account, a confirmed payment, a current membership period and an expiration date that has not passed. A cancelled, expired, suspended, refunded or otherwise invalid membership or qualifying payment may cause the related reward to be withheld or cancelled.
For Matrix and Matching rewards, only valid and qualified structure results are included. The separate Affiliate Commission for product orders follows the order-validation rules described in Section 9.
2. Fast Start Bonus
One-time reward
$25
Earn a one-time $25 Fast Start Bonus for each personally referred member who completes a confirmed $40 Matrix activation. Eligible bonuses are paid on the first Friday after seven days have passed from the bonus activation date.
3. TurboStart Bonus
Your TurboStart period begins when you activate your own Matrix position.

The TurboStart Bonus is paid only after the required personally referred partners have paid the $40 Matrix activation fee and their payments have been confirmed. Eligible TurboStart rewards are paid on the applicable Friday after qualification and validation.
4. Subscription Referral Bonus
Earn a Subscription Referral Bonus when a member you personally referred pays for their own monthly or annual NoMarkupsClub membership.

Who can receive this bonus?
The Subscription Referral Bonus is available to a referring partner with an active NoMarkupsClub membership and an active Matrix position. The personally referred member only needs an active paid membership; Matrix activation is optional and does not affect this bonus. These conditions must be met when the bonus is calculated and paid.
5. Matrix 2×15 Monthly Bonus
The Matrix is structured across 15 levels. Each qualified Matrix position is valued at $0.25 per monthly calculation. The number of levels available to a participant depends on the participant’s qualified rank.
Eligibility for the first Matrix Bonus payment begins no earlier than one full month after Matrix activation. Only valid, active and qualified structure results are included. Confirmed Matrix rewards for the previous calendar month are released on the first Friday of the new month.

6. Matching Bonus
Matching Bonus is calculated as a percentage of confirmed Matrix Bonus results generated by qualified participants in the applicable referral generations. The available percentage and generation depth depend on the recipient’s current qualified rank.

Illustrative calculation only
If 10 personally referred participants each receive a confirmed Matrix Bonus of $1,000, and the referring participant is qualified to receive 50% from the first generation, the arithmetic calculation would be:
10 × $1,000 × 50% = $5,000
This example demonstrates only the calculation method. It is not a promise, projection or guarantee of earnings. Actual results depend on confirmed Matrix results, active memberships, qualified rank, structure activity and all applicable validation requirements.
Matching rewards are calculated after the applicable Matrix calculation and are released on the first Friday of the month for confirmed results from the previous calendar month.
7. Qualified ranks
Rank calculations include only participants with active accounts, confirmed payments and current, unexpired memberships. Ranks are reviewed weekly and applied on Friday.

Each pool is calculated as its stated percentage of NoMarkupsClub's total confirmed club-wide revenue for the previous calendar month, including all confirmed sales and membership payments. The amount allocated to each pool is distributed on the first day of the following month equally among all qualified participants of the applicable rank.
9. Affiliate Commission on referred purchases

of the eligible difference between the retail price and the member price
Affiliate Commission is available only for a successfully paid retail-price order placed through the participant’s personal referral link. The referred customer does not need a NoMarkupsClub membership.
The commission is calculated as 50% of the eligible difference between the retail price paid by the customer and the member price for the same order. For example, if the eligible difference is $20, the commission is $10.
The commission is paid 45 days after the successful order payment, provided the order has not been cancelled, returned or refunded during that period.
