Our Dropshipping Service allows active members to resell all available products in their own stores without purchasing inventory in advance. Members may use official product images and descriptions for resale purposes.

1. What We Provide

• Wholesale access to all available products.
• Direct shipment to your customer’s address.
• No disclosure of NoMarkupsClub branding inside the shipment.
• Product catalog available in CSV and XML formats inside your dashboard.
• Auto-updated feed links for store integration.

2. Member Responsibilities

Members independently determine resale pricing and margins. The platform does not communicate with end customers. All orders must be placed through our website using your account. Members are responsible for customer communication, returns, cancellations, and updating their listings using the latest exported catalog version.

3. Subscription Requirement

Access to dropshipping requires an active subscription of $9.95 per month. Wholesale pricing and order placement are available only while the subscription is active.

4. Order Processing & Cancellation

Due to automated order processing and warehouse system operations, all orders are considered final once submitted. Modifications or corrections after confirmation are not possible. Cancellation requests may be submitted before the order is released for fulfillment. However, cancellation is not guaranteed and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once the order has been released for processing or shipment, cancellation is not possible.

5. Fraudulent Orders

NoMarkupsClub is not responsible for fraudulent orders. Members must verify payment information before placing an order.

6. Taxes

Members are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable state or local taxes related to their resale activity.

7. Out of Stock Products

If a product is not available on the website, it is currently out of stock. If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, you will be notified by email and the corresponding amount will be refunded to your account or payment method. Members are responsible for informing their own customers and issuing refunds if required.

8. Legal Notice

We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies on the website. Prices, discounts, and information may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
